Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our AI Algorithm Engineering team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI algorithm development and contribute to real-world solutions that impact Intel's business objectives. As an AI Algorithm Engineer you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of AI algorithms and their integration into solutions and frameworks for a variety of cross domain applications such as computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning.

You'll assist in implementing and tuning models for performance and accuracy, and hardware/software integration. This role may also include contributing to the development of AI software solutions in partnership with internal product teams.

You will accomplish meaningful work that supports Intel business goals in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualification

  • MS degree in engineering or computer science program with emphasis on Artificial Intelligence
  • Specialization in an AI topic such as federated learning, image classification, or multiscale attention for object detection, computer vision, image processing, or feature engineering
  • Coursework or experience in the following:
  • Data engineering and preparation expertise such as data engineering,

feature engineering, data imbalance, or noisy dataset management

  • Python and C
  • PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in deploying AI applications in production environments, requiring high levels of precision and accuracy
  • Experience working within the semiconductor industry or similar technology sectors
  • Experience with Git, cloud platforms, cloud concepts, containers, Docker, and MLOps

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $133,410.00 - 240,710.00 USD

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
