We’re on the lookout for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and love solving problems. No experience? No problem. We’ll pay you to train! Our 2-week Intek Operator Training Course will get you up to speed and ready to thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up and operate extrusion equipment (extruders, co-extruders, heater bands, dies, etc.)
- Start up machines and set parameters to produce high-quality products
- Read and understand prints, dimensions, and packaging specs
- Monitor and measure product quality, record data in SPC and LCS systems
- Perform changeovers, adjust lengths and angles during runs
- Tear down and clean equipment for the next production cycle
- Keep track of production data and footage

- Someone who enjoys a challenge and takes initiative
- Mechanically inclined and curious about how things work
- Comfortable using a computer
- Great at organizing tasks and managing priorities
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has a reliable attendance and work history

Pay: $24.74 - $25.60 per hour
