About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Additive Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing operations. You'll oversee production, develop your team, ensure quality, and help deliver innovative manufacturing solutions for our customers.
🛠️ What You'll Do
✔️ Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, and delivery goals.
✔️ Supervise, coach, and develop the Additive Manufacturing team.
✔️ Coordinate production schedules and customer projects.
✔️ Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
✔️ Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
✔️ Support equipment reliability and preventive maintenance.
🎯 What You Bring
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of Manufacturing Leadership experience.
- Strong production, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Additive Manufacturing or 3D Printing.
- Lean Manufacturing experience.
