Business Development Manager – Medical Market

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute strategic market growth plans across all Intek Group product lines, with a focus on Injection Molding.
Identify, nurture, and win new business through research, networking, and a consultative sales approach.
Partner with Leadership, Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to deliver seamless, customer-focused solutions.
Lead go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term growth.
Provide regular insights to leadership on market trends, new opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Travel up to 50% to connect with clients, attend events, and develop new partnerships.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
10 years in Business or Market Development roles
Proven experience managing portfolios generating $10M annually from Medical and/or Dental accounts
Success in consultative sales of custom-engineered products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Self-motivated, strategic, and customer-driven mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and data-driven decision-making
