We are looking for a Production Team Lead to join our team. This is a 1st shift position working Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the team — setting clear direction so tasks get done safely and correctly.
• Organize work and schedules in a smart way so the team’s time and resources are used well.
• Help build a culture where everyone keeps improving, learning, and working as a team — you’ll spot where people can grow and give them opportunities.
• Play an active part in Safety and Loss Control: keep things safe, enforce safety rules, help with incident investigations, and make sure fixes actually happen.
• Make sure that what we produce meets the standards — follow quality control and inspection procedures so internal and external customers are happy.

What We’re Looking For

• You’re organized, communicate well, and you like solving problems.
• Comfortable interacting with folks at all levels — from team members to supervisors.
• Strong with computers: you use Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word like a pro.
• Good written and verbal skills — you express yourself clearly and can explain things so people understand.
