Join our innovative team and help bring prototype parts to life! We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to build silicone tools, cast urethane models, and finish masters that meet customer requirements.
What You’ll Do
Create and assemble silicone molds.
Cast and finish urethane models for prototypes.
Operate basic shop tools (band saw, table saw, drill press, end mill).
Work with silicones, urethanes, and epoxies.
Use measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality.
What We’re Looking For
Experience with mold-making and basic molding techniques is a plus.
Comfortable using common shop equipment and measuring tools.
Basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
