INTEK is seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy professional to provide cleaning services at the new First National Bank location in Chamberlain, SD. We are looking for an individual who values efficiency and autonomy, and who takes pride in maintaining a professional, spotless environment for staff and customers. The expected shift for this role would be from 5:30-8:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Essential Functions:
- Execute routine janitorial maintenance cleaning of commercial facilities, including detailed dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash/recycling, sanitizing restrooms, and cleaning breakrooms/kitchen areas.
- Work independently and efficiently to meet cleaning schedules
- Secure buildings properly upon completion of services, following all client-specific procedures.
- May be required to perform specialized floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, and waxing in specific facilities.
- Manage and maintain professional cleaning equipment and supplies.

Experience and Education:
- High School Graduate or GED Required.
- Ability to pass a background check Required.
Physical Demands
- Ability to bend, climb or balance, kneel, stoop, walk, or push and pull objects.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally 100 lbs., to perform job functions.
- Ability to work in a variety of environments, conditions, and temperatures.
