Project Part-Time Learning and Design Specialist

Integrow Numeracy Solutions™ is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering educators to advance students’ mathematical thinking and success. Integrow transforms numeracy education through customized and unique professional learning with meaningful assessment and instruction.

The Project Part-Time Learning and Design Specialist is responsible for the design and development of Integrow Numeracy Solutions’ professional learning and products.

Essential Job Duties

• Ensure the development and revision of Integrow services and products align with Integrow principles and adhere to established quality and design standards.
• Write, pilot, and test instructional activities with teachers and students to evaluate usability, clarity, and potential for instructional impact; document observations and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate course activities with teachers during testing phases to gather feedback and inform revisions to course design and materials.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of facilitator handbooks and course delivery resources to support high-quality implementation.
• Facilitate content-focused training sessions for Integrow staff and members of the broader Integrow community, ensuring consistent understanding and implementation of course materials and instructional approaches.
• Support the launch of new courses and events by coordinating development activities, preparing materials, and collaborating across teams to ensure all resources, training content, and communications are aligned and ready for implementation.
• Contribute to website content related to courses, resources, and professional learning opportunities to ensure the website accurately describes Integrow’s current offerings.

• Bachelors Degree
• Five years of related or combination of related experience in:

... The delivery and implementation of Integrow courses and course content at the building and/or district level.

... Writing and facilitating math professional development

... Coaching adults in math pedagogy

... Implementing Integrow pedagogical tools or professional development

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Curriculum and course writing skills, including the ability to design clear, engaging, and instructionally sound professional development modules.
• Strong writing and editing skills for producing educator-facing materials, guides, and resources.
• Ability to translate research into practice, crafting practical examples, lesson demonstrations, and instructional strategies.
• Instructional design skills, including sequencing content, building learning progressions, and designing interactive learning experiences.
• Collaboration skills, especially when working with content experts, project leads, educators, and cross-functional teams.

This position will require flexible daytime availability and occasional evening and weekend duties and travel.
