POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated, self-starting Business Development Representative who is ready to own a territory, build a pipeline, and close deals — and then turn around and help the next rep do the same thing.
This is not an individual contributor role with a leadership title tacked on later. From day one, this person is expected to perform in the field and simultaneously help Integro build the infrastructure, habits, and playbooks that will allow our sales team to scale without depending on the owner or senior leadership to run every play.
THE MANDATE
Integro is scaling aggressively. We need someone who closes deals, then documents how they did it. Someone who trains the next rep, not just competes with them. Someone who helps remove the owner and senior leadership from the day-to-day sales operation — permanently. If you want to build something and be recognized for it, this is your seat.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial roofing
- Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to generate self-sourced leads
- Build and maintain a referral network with property owners, contractors, real estate agents, and insurance professionals
- Conduct site visits and initial roof inspections to evaluate storm damage and scope of work
- Execute outreach campaigns (door-to-door, networking events, digital follow-up) to maintain a full pipeline
Sales Execution & Closing
- Prepare and deliver roofing proposals, project presentations, and estimates in collaboration with the estimating team
- Guide homeowners and property managers through the insurance claims process from inspection to approved scope
- Follow up consistently on open proposals to move deals through the pipeline
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Team Development & Sales Leadership
- Mentor and coach new sales reps through ride-alongs, pitch reviews, and field shadowing
- Contribute to building repeatable sales playbooks, scripts, and onboarding materials that do not depend on any single person
- Assist in recruiting and evaluating new BDR candidates as the team grows
- Lead or co-lead weekly sales team meetings — own the energy, not just the agenda
- Identify performance gaps in the team and escalate with solutions, not just observations
- Serve as the connective layer between field sales and leadership — reducing owner involvement in day-to-day sales decisions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and opportunity records in JobNimbus (our CRM)
- Track all sales activity, pipeline status, and forecast accurately
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and pipeline reviews with leadership
- Submit weekly activity summaries including leads generated, proposals delivered, and contracts closed
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
