Painter – Residential & Commercial (Contract/Seasonal)

Job Overview
**About the Role:**
We are looking for skilled and reliable painters to join our team on a contract/seasonal basis. You will work across both residential and commercial projects, delivering high-quality interior and exterior painting with attention to detail and craftsmanship.

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling holes, light carpentry and applying primer
- Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, and exteriors
- Work on both residential homes and commercial buildings
- Follow project timelines and meet quality standards
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Communicate professionally with team leads and clients

**Requirements:**
- 2 years of professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial)

-Have own tools: sprayers, ladders, brushes, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Knowledge of surface prep, paint application techniques, and finishing
- Reliable transportation to job sites that can accommodate sprayers, ladders, etc.
- Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions

Pay: $25.75 - $35.00 per hour
