Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Project Manager for our traffic control client to start immediately up to $90K annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing roadway projects from start to finish, with a focus on safety, efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. This role manages project teams, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures work is completed within budget and in accordance with contract requirements. The Project Manager also supports customer relationships, project execution, compliance with safety standards and company policies, branch operations, critical path management, and effective resource planning.
- Oversee and manage roadway projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Coordinate project teams, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and customer communications.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with contract scope and specifications.
- Manage labor, equipment, permits, design plans, drawings, and other project resources.
- Develop schedules, monitor time reporting, and support accurate project execution.
- Track project risks, timelines, cost variances, revenue, margins, and cash flow.
- Oversee branch operations, equipment management, and DOT compliance.
- Support hiring, termination, advancement, and other employee status decisions.
- Mentor and develop team members to improve performance and accountability.
- Maintain complete project documentation, including close-out reports.
- Serve as the main customer contact and resolve project issues professionally.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in traffic control or construction.
- Strong understanding of job costing, variance analysis, and bid-to-actual results.
- Experience scheduling labor, equipment, and other resources efficiently.
- Ability to forecast revenue and costs from backlog and bid pipeline.
- Knowledge of branch operations, including unions and labor relations where applicable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to learn ERP systems quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background and drug screening.
