Night Shift Furnace Operator Assistant
Starting Pay: $18.50 per Hour
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating 3-2-2-3 Schedule

Responsibilities
- Monitor and change filter product at the feed auger using a forklift.
- Assist the Furnace Operator with daily production activities as needed.
- Operate a shear to cut rolls of foil to required specifications.
- Perform general plant duties and maintain a safe, organized work area.
- Participate in basic preventive maintenance and scheduled shutdown activities.
- Follow all safety procedures and operating guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Ability to safely operate industrial equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs as part of daily job duties.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work a rotating schedule.
Schedule & Benefits
