Role Description
This is a part-time, or full time on-site role for an NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Technician located in Salem, OR. Travel may be required on occasion. The NDT Technician will be responsible for performing inspections utilizing various NDT methods to assess material integrity and detect defects. Daily tasks will include conducting quality control tests, performing corrosion and material inspections, and documenting findings. This role requires adherence to safety standards and the ability to provide accurate, actionable insights based on testing results. 30 hours weekly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Ultrasonic testing methods.
- Experience in Quality Control and Inspections.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to document test results accurately.
- Certifications in relevant NDT methods are beneficial (e.g., ASNT Level II).
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.
