About the Role
Integrity Tennessee is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer who takes pride in efficiency, quality, and teamwork. This role is responsible for developing and running high-quality CNC programs that maximize machine uptime while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Do
- Program efficient CNC tool paths to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
- Conduct pre-programming reviews to ensure accuracy and manufacturability
- Communicate program timing, runtime, and machine issues with team members and leadership
- Create tooling requests and manufacture required tooling (cutters, tool sets, etc.)
- Set up workpieces including cores, cavities, and components
- Ensure the quality of machined parts and meet engineering specifications
- Meet Shoptalk job deadlines and production schedules
- Record and track machine downtime using PULSE
- Proactively identify and report issues affecting machine uptime
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Use Tebis software proficiently
- Promote a positive, professional, team-oriented work environment
- Work required hours based on production workload
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- CNC machining and programming experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of efficient tool path development
- Experience with machine setup and tooling

Safety & Training
- OSHA safety training
- Crane operation training
- Forklift operation training
(Training may be provided if not currently certified)
