Data Management Specialist II (TS/SCI with poly required to start)

ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Data Management Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Data Management Specialist (OMS) Implement and supervise data management procedures for both classified and unclassified program and project information as defined by the Program Data Manager; Utilize available automated data management tools to support data management activities; Ensure adequate version control, storage, and retention of program and project data and documentation as directed by the Program Data Manager; Support the Program Data Manager in the conduct of all data management activities.

***Must be knowledgeable in SharePoint and Confluence.

• TS/SCI with FS Polygraph, CCA allowed.
• Bachelor's Degree in information systems with a concentration in database administration or other business acquisition, contract management, or program management related field is required. Seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in Data Management is required; knowledge of document management processes and software; knowledge of how to create, implement, and maintain data file structures, knowledge of the use of system utilities to troubleshoot faulty database information.
• In lieu of the bachelor’s degree, three (3) additional years of related experience can be substituted, for a total of ten (10) years.

Desired:

• Clear understanding of the DoD 5000 acquisition process, C4ISR/DoDAF documentation requirements, NSA record keeping and archiving processes, and system engineering is highly desirable.

Pay range for this position is $100,000-140,000
