Akron Area Company is seeking an Engineering Manager. This is a hands-on position with active involvement in all activities within the engineering group.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 3 years' experience in a Technical Management role
- Must have experience/knowledge overseeing all activities within an engineering group. (Electrical Engineering, Control and Automations, Mechanical Engineering & Design, Field Service)
- Knowledge/Experience with Control Logic & HMI programming
- Must have strong leadership skills.
- Experience/Knowledge with AutoCAD.
- Experience/Knowledge with documentation: (Parts Lists, Schematics, Mechanical Details & Assembly Drawings, Procedures, etc.)
- Must be able to travel 25% domestically and internationally.
- MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook experienced
