What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Receptionist position at Integrity Tax Group?
Integrity Tax Group is searching for seasonal receptionists for the 2025 tax filing season, January to April, 2026. Through this position, you will experience various tasks while assisting our clients and staff. A successful candidate will have the passion to learn, as well as possess a professional, positive, and energetic approach with clients; Someone who can work well as a team player.
Duties:
- Ensure a great impression of the Company
- Handle all telephone and walk-in solicitations in a manner consistent with company image
- Check messages, relay to appropriate team member, and verify follow-up.
- Properly log all client correspondence and file accordingly
- Keep waiting area welcoming - organize materials and supplies as necessary
- Scan and/or process correspondence received from client
- Keep desks supplied with office supplies
Requirements
- Possess ability to interact with clients and staff
- Previous front desk experience is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service
- Basic computer knowledge
