Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavior Support Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing behavior support plans, with a specialized understanding of problematic sexualized behavior. This role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support individuals in achieving their highest level of independence and quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing behavior support plans, with a specialized understanding of problematic sexualized behavior. This role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support individuals in achieving their highest level of independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide consultation and training to staff and caregivers.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with support teams, including families, direct support staff, and clinical professionals.
- Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to person-centered planning.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Education (required).
- Specialized training in problematic sexualized behavior (required).
- Current PA State Criminal Background Check, FBI Clearance, and Child Abuse Clearance (required).
- ABA training or certification (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
