What are the responsibilities and job description for the Principal Lead - Education Vertical position at Integrity Studio?
About US
Integrity Studio is a next-generation trust & safety and integrity-technology company on a mission to empower educational institutions, ed-tech platforms, and knowledge-delivery ecosystems to deliver safe, inclusive, and effective learning experiences at scale. We combine cutting-edge AI, analytics, and domain-expertise in education to transform how learning is designed, delivered, and measured—raising standards for equity, efficacy, and impact.
As our Principal Lead for the Education Vertical, you will define and execute the strategy for deploying our core technical stack to support our K-12 to higher-ed & lifelong-learning channel, driving thought-leadership, product-market fit, partnerships, and learning outcomes across the ecosystem.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the Education Vertical: define the vision, go-to-market strategy, value proposition, and operational execution for the education sector within Integrity Studio.
- Partner with product, engineering, data science, and content teams to design AI-driven learning solutions (adaptive learning paths, analytics dashboards, personalization engines) that substantially improve learning achievement, engagement and equity.
- Translate complex educational data (assessment metrics, learning trajectories, engagement analytics) into insights and actionable strategies for curriculum designers, platform engineers, school/district partners and stakeholders.
- Create and guide scalable, digital-first content experiences (interactive simulations, adaptive modules, personalized assessments) that make challenging subject-matter (STEM, literacy, 21st-century skills) compelling, effective and measurable.
- Serve as the education domain expert: represent Integrity Studio in industry forums, build partnerships with schools/districts, ed-tech vendors, foundations and policymakers to scale our work and evidence base.
- Drive metrics: define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for learning growth, retention, equity gaps, user satisfaction, and product adoption; iterate solutions based on data.
- Avoid being bogged down in traditional curriculum management or bureaucracy—this role is about innovation, measurable impact and disrupting how education works.
What you won’t be doing
- You will not be managing legacy textbook-based curricula or purely administrative tasks.
- You will not work in isolation—you will lead, collaborate and co-create across multi-disciplinary teams.
- You will not be constrained by traditional delivery models—you’ll push boundaries in how learning is designed and experienced.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Learning Sciences, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in education-product strategy, learning design, curriculum development, ed-tech adoption or schooling systems (K-12, higher ed, lifelong learning).
- Proven track record of improving learning outcomes (e.g., raising proficiency, accelerating growth, closing achievement/engagement gaps) through innovative, data-driven approaches.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI, analytics, and adaptive-learning technologies in education (content personalization, learning-path optimization, assessment analytics).
- Deep analytical skills: ability to interpret learning data, derive insights, propose actionable strategies and measure impact.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex pedagogical and technological concepts into compelling narratives and stakeholder-facing presentations.
- Strategic mindset, strong execution orientation, early-stage product and market experience preferred.
- Passion for education equity, innovation and scaling impact in high-growth environments.
Why join Integrity Studio?

- Opportunity to shape product direction, market strategy and measurable outcomes in education across diverse learner populations.
- Work with an experienced founding team, supportive culture and a mission-driven focus on real-world impact.
