What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Integrity Staffing Solutions?
We’re looking for Warehouse Associates to work in our client's partially climate-controlled facility! Earn up to $18.00/hr in a fast paced, fun environment, working with a leader in eCommerce. No experience required!

Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hour
Shift Times (as available): Any may become available
- WW Fri-Mon
- DB Wed-Sat
- DA Sun-Wed
- Orientation will be at 9am Day 1
8am-6pm
lunch: 1130am-12pm
Break: 2pm-220pm
End of Shift : 6pm

Here’s the new schedule:
- Shift Start: 8:30 AM
- Lunch Break: 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM
- Second Break: 3:00 PM – 3:20 PM
- Shift End: 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and put away inventory
- Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications
- Load boxes into trucks for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Scan and label inventory items
- Organize and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner
- Troubleshoot problems
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures
- Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately
- Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Push utility cards up to 60 pounds
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- High school diploma or a GED
- Must be able to read and write and communicate in English
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be reliable, have good time-management skills and have ability to work at a steady pace
- Walks, stands, bends and stoops for 8-10 hours during shift to locate items from orders, organize product and fulfill orders
- Repetitious regular lifting of 20-35 pounds; moving of boxes, to access product, up to 40 pounds
- Occasional small step stool/ladder usage; obtaining product located on upper shelves
