The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in HR or recruiting, as well as 2 years of customer service experience. They will also possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to travel to client sites as required.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating between candidates and hiring managers or clients
- Managing Bullhorn/ATS and ensuring candidate information is up-to-date
- Tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Working closely with clients and internal HR personnel to facilitate the smooth progression of candidates to client assignment
