About the Opportunity

A well-established manufacturing company in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join its team. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production equipment, including electrical systems, PLCs, automation, and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Install, wire, test, and troubleshoot 3-phase motors and motor control circuits.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems ranging from 24 VDC to 480 VAC, including 3-phase power systems.
• Diagnose electrical faults involving AC/DC sensors, relays, contactors, switches, and control circuits.
• Troubleshoot, program, and perform functional testing on PLC-controlled equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and automated production systems.
• Diagnose and repair conveyors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot industrial automation equipment, robotics, and associated control systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, particularly with 3-phase motors and 480 VAC industrial electrical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting high-voltage industrial circuits and motor control systems.
• Knowledge of AC/DC sensors, control voltages, and electrical testing procedures.
• Experience troubleshooting and programming PLC systems.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, robotics, and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience repairing conveyors, bearings, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to use multimeters, electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot equipment independently.
