We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting top talent in the manufacturing or skilled trade industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various manufacturing positions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including negotiating offers and onboarding new hires
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and priorities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruiting process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of experience in recruiting
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
Desired Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish or Tagalong
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay:
$24-$32.50/hour ($50,000-$68,000/year)
Salary : $50,000 - $68,000
