Burn Table Operator 2nd Shift

Job Summary: Local Telecom Manufacturer is currently hiring a Machine Operator for our Muskogee, OK facility. In this role, you will operate and monitor production machinery used to fabricate telecom structure components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on machine operation experience, including plasma cutting and burn table experience, and will be committed to working safely, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production goals.

What you'll do:

• Operate specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble, or move products
• Maintain and monitor machine to make sure it functions properly
• Understanding of how operated machine works
• Conduct quality checks periodically
• Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations as needed
• Analyze machine operations and output if applicable
• Adjust machine as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying needs of production
• Other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

• Knowledge of safe machine practice standards
• Ability to read blueprints or production schematics
• Ability to keep up machinery
• Ability to do small to moderate repairs on machinery

Working Conditions:

• Safety sensitive position
• Work environment can include plant, warehouse, production and non-production areas, and job sites located on interstates and highways
• This position may require work/maintenance coverage beyond the normal hours, shift, and on weekends/holidays
• Ability to tolerate both high and low temperatures, loud noises typical of a manufacturing plant
