What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Technician/Installer position at Integrity Solutions Heating & Cooling LLC?
Integrity Solutions Heating & Cooling is looking for a STRONG team member to help us grow our customer base and serve our customers with professionalism. We are seeking a team member that is willing to install new construction and replacement HVAC systems and help with service work as demand dictates. Service experience or relevant education is a must for this position.
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment
- Perform HVAC maintenance inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and design specifications to ensure accurate installation and operation of HVAC systems
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and service repair or relevant education
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, duct drawings, schematics, and design specifications
- Knowledge of various HVAC systems, including residential and commercial units
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
