Job Overview

Integrity Sign Solutions is seeking a skilled Fabricator / Welder to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on fabricating and assembling metal components used in custom commercial signage.

You will work with a variety of materials including aluminum, steel, and sheet metal to build high-quality sign structures. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on fabrication work and takes pride in precision and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Fabricate and assemble metal components for custom commercial signs
• Perform MIG welding on aluminum, steel, and sheet metal
• Read and follow technical drawings and fabrication layouts
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Cut, shape, and prepare materials using shop equipment
• Measure materials accurately using tape measures and other measuring tools
• Assist with moving and positioning materials using forklifts or shop equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with team members to complete projects on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with metal fabrication or welding in a manufacturing environment
• MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read technical drawings or fabrication layouts
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Comfortable using fabrication tools and shop equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable and dependable

Experience with press brakes, plasma cutters, or other fabrication equipment is a plus.
