All Shifts have part-time openings. Second and Third Shifts have pay differentials!
We are hiring Med Techs for our communities in Candler, NC! Med Techs provide direct care to our residents following a personalized medication and treatment plan.
Job Responsibilities
- Support residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship
- Assist in monitoring the medication program
- Document medications, keep medication files and medical records up-to-date
- Prioritize and provide encouragement and support to the residents
- Encourage and assist with activity programs

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have or ability to obtain a Medical Technician Certificate (per state requirements)
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- Previous experience working in Assisted Living (AL) or Adult Care Homes experience is a plus!
Pay depends on experience and performance. Shift differentials and incentives are in play!
