Med Tech - 2nd shift

Second shift - shift differential and incentives apply! Pay depends on experience and performance.

We are searching for a compassionate Med Tech for our Marion community! The Med Tech will provide direct care to our residents following a personalized medication and treatment plan. Job Responsibilities

• Support residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship
• Assist in monitoring the medication program
• Document medications, keep medication files and medical records up-to-date
• Prioritize and provide encouragement and support to the residents
• Encourage and assist with activity programs

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have or ability to obtain a Medical Technician Certificate (per state requirements)
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
• Previous experience working in Assisted Living (AL) or Adult Care Homes experience is a plus!

Pay depends on experience and performance. Shift differentials and incentives are in play!

Pay: $9.50 - $15.50 per hour
