Unarmed Security Officer – Corporate Office Building
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

About the Position
Integrity Security Services LLC is seeking professional, dependable, and highly motivated Unarmed Security Officers to join our team at a corporate office building located in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
This is a Monday through Friday daytime assignment with hours of 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We are looking to add qualified individuals who are interested in either a full-time position or consistent part-time hours as part of our growing security team.
This is not a high-volume retail security position. The successful candidate will be working in a professional corporate environment and will be expected to provide a visible security presence while maintaining a courteous, polished, and service-oriented demeanor with employees, executives, visitors, vendors, and building personnel.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Maintaining a professional and visible security presence throughout the property
- Monitoring entrances, exits, common areas, and other designated areas of the building
- Assisting with access control and ensuring only authorized individuals enter restricted areas
- Greeting and assisting employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors in a professional manner
- Conducting routine interior and exterior security patrols
- Monitoring for suspicious activity, safety concerns, unauthorized persons, or unusual circumstances
- Responding appropriately to security-related incidents and emergencies
- Maintaining awareness of activity occurring throughout the property
- Communicating promptly with site management and Integrity Security Services supervisors when necessary
- Documenting incidents, unusual activity, and other relevant information through written reports
- Maintaining accurate daily activity reports and other required documentation
- Following all site-specific post orders, company policies, and client procedures
- Assisting with emergency response, evacuations, medical incidents, and other situations when necessary
- Maintaining discretion and confidentiality regarding the client, employees, visitors, and activities occurring at the property

Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey SORA certification, or ability to obtain and maintain all credentials required for the position
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass all required background screening
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and conduct routine patrols during the assigned shift
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Prior security experience is preferred
- Prior or current law enforcement experience is strongly encouraged
- Corporate security, executive protection, military, public safety, or similar professional experience is a plus
Schedule
The primary hours for this location are:
Monday through Friday
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
We are currently looking for candidates interested in:
Full-Time: Candidates available for a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
Part-Time: Candidates interested in joining the team for several consistent shifts per week and/or assisting with coverage as needed.
