Integrity Scaffold Service Group

Build a Career in a Specialized Trade

If you’re mechanically or electrically inclined, comfortable working with your hands, and looking for something beyond a typical construction job, this is an opportunity to learn a highly specialized trade and build a long-term career.

Integrity Scaffold Service Group specializes in the installation, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of permanent building access equipment, including Building Maintenance Units (BMUs) and other façade access systems used on commercial buildings and high-rise structures.

Our technicians work with equipment most people never get the opportunity to touch — including motors, gearboxes, wire ropes, electrical systems, control systems, rigging equipment, and specialized machinery.

We are growing and looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our field team as Foremen and Technicians.

No BMU Experience? That’s Okay.

Previous experience with BMUs or specialized building access equipment is a plus, but it is not required.

If you already have experience in mechanical work, electrical troubleshooting, industrial maintenance, equipment installation, construction, automotive, elevators, machinery, or another hands-on trade, we can teach you the specialized side of the business.

What matters most is that you are dependable, mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and take pride in your work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install, maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair permanent building access equipment.
  • Work with motors, gearboxes, wire ropes, electrical systems, controls, and mechanical components.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems.
  • Perform equipment adjustments, repairs, and component replacements.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and specialized machinery.
  • Work on high-rise buildings and other unique commercial properties.
  • Perform work at elevated heights while following established safety procedures.
  • Assist with testing, commissioning, and preventative maintenance.
  • Travel to different job sites and work on a variety of equipment and projects.
  • Learn directly from experienced technicians and supervisors in the field.

Foreman Candidates

Experienced candidates may also have the opportunity to step into a leadership role and:

  • Lead and supervise field crews.
  • Coordinate daily work activities.
  • Communicate directly with project management.
  • Troubleshoot field conditions and help determine solutions.
  • Keep jobs moving safely and efficiently.
  • Train and develop newer technicians.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
  • Mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance, construction, or equipment experience preferred.
  • Electrical troubleshooting experience is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well with a team.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • Leadership experience preferred for Foreman candidates.
  • OSHA, SST, scaffold, rigging, or related certifications are a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.

Why Integrity?

This is an opportunity to get into a trade that is specialized, technical, and difficult to replace.

You will gain hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, work on unique equipment, see different projects and buildings, and develop skills that can grow with you throughout your career.

We are looking for people who want to learn, become valuable in their trade, take on more responsibility, and grow with the company.

If you’re tired of doing the same type of work every day and want the opportunity to learn something specialized, this may be the right fit for you.

Come build a career with Integrity Scaffold Service Group.
