Integrity RV Parts Company is seeking a customer-focused team player to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an onsite location at 350 28th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49548.
Schedule: Full Time | 8:00am - 5:00pm | Monday - Friday
Pay: $18-20/hr, compensation depending on RV Experience
Pre-screening Requirements: Any position within the company will require a drug screening (including marijuana) as well as a physical and background check

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent service.
What You Do:
- Answer customer inquiries through phone, email, and text communication
- Review and process orders
- Follow up with work orders and customers
- Communicate and coordinate with the team
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience (at least 1 Year)
- Basic mechanical comprehension
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate Computer Skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Work independently while enjoying the benefits of being a member of a team
- Experience in the RV industry (preferred)
- Parts department experience (preferred)
