Roofing Estimator - Integrity Roofing

Integrity Roofing MS Inc. is hiring an experienced Project Estimator (Roofing) to join our growing team on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

We are a fast-growing, family-owned roofing company built on the principle that “Transparency Builds Trust.” We specialize in residential roof replacements, repairs, and Fortified roofing systems, delivering high-quality work with honest, straightforward communication.

This is NOT an entry-level position.
Applicants must have prior roofing or roofing sales/estimating experience and a strong understanding of roofing systems.

As a Project Estimator, you will be responsible for inspecting roofs, identifying issues, creating accurate estimates, and guiding homeowners through the decision-making process. This role requires someone who can confidently explain roofing systems, recommend solutions, and provide a high-level customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform roof inspections and assessments
• Identify damage, wear, and system failures
• Create detailed estimates for repairs and full replacements
• Present solutions clearly and professionally to homeowners
• Manage customer communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience

Requirements:

• 3 years of roofing, roofing sales, or roofing estimating experience REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and components
• Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs safely
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Commission OR Commission-Only options
