We need a proven business development leader who understands this world from the inside — someone who can open doors, build trust quickly, and close meaningful engagements. You will sell both our compliance consulting services and our proprietary GRC and regulatory technology tools to a market that is actively looking for what we offer.
Role Description
The Senior Director of Business Development will lead efforts in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and advancing organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing lead generation strategies, cultivating relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and overseeing existing accounts to ensure strong partnerships. This role requires collaborating across teams to drive growth and revenue while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Qualifications
10 years in financial services spanning compliance, operations, and strategy
▸ Established relationships with bank and fintech decision-makers
▸ Working knowledge of Dodd-Frank Act and CFPB guidelines as they apply to fintechs and sponsor bank arrangements
▸ Demonstrated success selling B2B professional services, SaaS, or consulting in financial services
▸ Familiarity with AML, BSA, fraud risk, ACH/RTP payment rails, and AI governance
▸ Ability to credibly engage compliance officers, risk teams, and C-suite on technical regulatory topics
▸ Track record of building pipeline independently in an entrepreneurial environment
▸ Background in fintech, banking, compliance consulting, or regtech strongly preferred
