PURPOSE / SCOPE OF POSITION

• Evaluate and treat physical therapy patients in accordance with physician referrals and the established Plan of Care.
• Promote patient participation in therapeutic activities to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance in the least restrictive environment.
• Provide quality education and instruction to ensure safe and effective delivery of rehabilitation services.
• Ensure all physical therapy services support Integrity Rehab’s mission and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Open to or experienced in Pelvic Floor Therapy (preferred but not required).
  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
(Includes the following, but is not limited to other duties that may be assigned.)

• Exercise appropriate authority, responsibility, and accountability in carrying out assigned duties.
• Report directly to the Clinic Director and Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and skills in the practice of physical therapy.
• Implement the established plan of care as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Evaluate and document the effectiveness of patient treatment plans.
• Adhere to Integrity Rehab’s policies and procedures.
