- Evaluate and treat physical therapy patients in accordance with physician referrals and the established Plan of Care.
- Promote patient participation in therapeutic activities to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance in the least restrictive environment.
- Provide quality education and instruction to ensure safe and effective delivery of rehabilitation services.
- Ensure all physical therapy services support Integrity Rehab’s mission and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Open to or experienced in Pelvic Floor Therapy (preferred but not required).

- Exercise appropriate authority, responsibility, and accountability in carrying out assigned duties.
- Report directly to the Clinic Director and Physical Therapist.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and skills in the practice of physical therapy.
- Implement the established plan of care as directed by the Physical Therapist.
- Evaluate and document the effectiveness of patient treatment plans.
- Adhere to Integrity Rehab’s policies and procedures.
