DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Experience with residential HVAC systems, including components, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and HVAC wiring diagrams
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift heavy equipment
• EPA Certification required for handling refrigerants

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECH?

As our Residential Maintenance Tech, you'll spend your day helping homeowners keep their HVAC systems operating efficiently and reliably. You will perform preventive maintenance by inspecting systems and cleaning condenser coils, evaporator coils, and air filters, while ensuring equipment is functioning properly. You'll troubleshoot common issues such as poor airflow and thermostat malfunctions, perform minor repairs, and educate homeowners about their system's performance and opportunities for energy efficiency. At each visit, you'll provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining your findings and recommendations, and documenting system conditions, repairs, and service histories in detailed reports that help maintain the high standards our company is known for.
