What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Integrity Property Management?
We are seeking a high-energy Property Manager who has the organizational savvy to oversee the operations of our business. We want to see a can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in where needed. Your goal will be to manage rental properties, coordinate maintenance, cleaning, inspections and building relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operation of properties and ensure they are well-managed.
- Arrange for repairs and maintenance to be carried out efficiently.
- Accept rental applications
- Send out lease agreements
- Conduct home inspections
- Encourage tenant engagement and enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality work is done in a timely manner.
