Full Job Description
The pool construction laborer will be responsible for addressing all facets of swimming pool construction, including but not limited to knowledge of plumbing new construction, installation of pool equipment, automated control installations, and general service.
Keys Tasks
· Proficiency and knowledge or willingness to learn in all phases of swimming pool construction
· Assist excavator and team with the excavation of pools
· Assist subcontractors on all phases of swimming pool construction as needed
· Maintain accurate inventory control between shop, trailer, and job sites using company policies and procedures
· Job cost management – Timesheet – Keeping accurate records of time
· Job preparedness – Follow inventory protocol, processes, and checklists to maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized vehicle and an organized job site
· Execute and perform Integrity Pools & Spas construction standards with minimal construction callbacks
· Excellent communication with supervisor regarding job schedules, progress, change orders and/or additional charges, and the overall status of the project
· Complete special projects as needed
Secondary Duties (preferred or willingness to learn)
· Skid loader operator
· Mini excavator operator
· Small machine operator
· Installation of pool plumbing, equipment, and automation
· Contribute to team effort by assisting other staff when necessary
