Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Service Manager/Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget parameters
• Manage project teams including subcontractors, engineers, and vendors to optimize performance and collaboration
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction scheduling software and monitor progress regularly
• Coordinate construction schedules with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
• Prepare and review contracts, blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guarantee accuracy and clarity
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D to track project milestones and manage costs effectively
• Conduct regular project meetings to communicate progress updates, resolve issues promptly, and align team efforts
• Manage project budgets by controlling costs through accurate estimating, cost management strategies, and resource allocation
• Ensure all projects meet regulatory compliance standards related to construction practices and safety protocols

Experience

• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects with a focus on complex scheduling and cost control
• Extensive knowledge of construction management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid
• Strong background in construction estimating, contract management, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation
• Demonstrated ability managing teams in a construction management role while fostering a collaborative work environment
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety compliance and regulatory adherence
• Familiarity with managing project timelines using construction scheduling techniques such as critical path method (CPM)
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
