POSITION DETAILS:
- Entry Level: 50 accounts per week to start
- Paid as a 1099 Sub-contractor
- Company vehicle after successful completion of Probation Period
- Full-time position: 32-40 hours per week
- Advancement opportunities: Entry to Junior to Senior Tech; Repair Tech to Service Advisor/Manager
- Service route areas: Riverside, Corona, Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, and Temecula.
- Monthly fuel allowance; company vehicle upon completion of probationary period
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Weekly chemical testing; add appropriate chemicals in accordance with testing.
- Empty pump and skimmer baskets.
- Brushing walls and tile.
- Skim and netting of water.
- Vacuum entire pool surface.
- Removal of debris.
- Inspect all pool equipment operating systems.
- Inspect and repair minor issues.
- Clean filter systems; grid, cartridge, and DE cartridge.
- Clean and service salt cell chlorinators.
- Notify supervisor of any problems at the pools and spas as they are observed.
- Collect and record service reports.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES.
- Must have clean DMV driving record and valid drivers license.
- Must have a reliable truck with current insurance.
- Must have a smartphone.
- Live close to service route area.
- Good customer service skills
- Clean, well groomed, and professional.
- No experienced needed and preferred; on the job training provided.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Use and maintain hand tools.
- Detail and task oriented.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and work ethic.
- Organized and Reliable.
- Physically capable to consistently lift and move up to 50lbs.
- Capable of walking, standing, stooping and bending long hours.

Additionally, your relevant experience with hand and power tools will support efficient maintenance practices. A valid driver's license is required to travel to various job sites and provide timely service to our valued customers.
