Job Description
The Supervisor will clean, sanitize, supervise and maintain our commercial location. Experience, enjoys working individually and can lead and work as a team, is well-spoken, energetic, and personable.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean – Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned
- property. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, offices, empty trash, vacuum, mop floors, etc.
- Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors. Vacuum and clean floors, rugs,
- furniture, and drapes.
- Stock – Wash and stock all paper products, soaps and supplies in bathrooms.
- Additional – Pick up and empty trash containers. High Cleaning Required. Training Provided.
Required Qualification:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift and pull.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
- Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public
- Must demonstrate the ability to lead staff.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
