As independent insurance agents, we have the ability to choose the best carrier for clients insurance needs which is the main advantage to using an independent insurance agency! Everyone at D&D is dedicated to providing customers with the best coverage at competitive rates by sharing assessments of insurance needs to determine which package fits best. Job Summary This role involves consulting with prospects and clients on health-related products and services to provide the best solutions for their health and financial well-being. The ideal candidate will assist Medicare-eligible individuals in selecting insurance coverage that best meets their needs and aid customers in the enrollment process. The candidate will also be responsible for following up with clients in activating health insurance benefits, finding providers, and troubleshooting various problems when utilizing healthcare. Primary Responsibilities: Consult with prospects and clients on health-related products and services to provide the best solutions for their health and financial well-being. Assist Medicare-eligible individuals in selecting insurance coverage that best meets their needs. Aid customers in the enrollment process while answering any questions about insurance coverage. Follow up with clients in activating health insurance benefits, find providers, and troubleshoot various problems when utilizing healthcare. Primary Skills & Requirements: Hardworking and enthusiastic personality. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to complete tasks individually or as a team. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently. No prior sales experience is needed, just a willingness to learn. Health and Life Insurance License is preferred or willing to obtain after hire. Pay for a selected candidate will be determined within the pay scale based on one or more of the following factors: candidate’s experience, skill set, education level, and/or location.
