Overview
Part-Time Property Manager Position
Join our team at a 48-unit apartment community in Blackfoot, ID, serving residents with 62 and older or disabled (regardless of age).
We’re seeking an energetic and motivated manager for a part-time role starting at 7.5 hours per week, with potential for increased hours in the future.
Position opens mid-to-late April.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and screen applications
- Verify and calculate income, assets, and expenses
- Handle recertifications and move-in processing
- Collect rent collection
- Manage resident relations
- Conduct move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Experience with HUD or RD management is a plus, but not required
