- Demonstrated experience in researching, collaborating, and coordinating with all-source analysts and government partners to develop and refine collection requirements across all intelligence disciplines.
- Knowledge of and experience in evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-discipline intelligence collection against organizational requirements and collection plans.
- Ability to develop, monitor, and update collection strategies, plans, and requirements matrices, using both measures of effectiveness and measures of performance.
- Proven skill in identifying collection gaps, assessing collection options, and producing recommendations, solutions, and feedback to optimize operations.
- Capable of producing analytical and performance reports, as well as developing, prioritizing, and updating collection strategies and assets; able to monitor and re-task collection resources as needed.
- Experience collaborating with interagency and intelligence community partners to understand intelligence needs and operational gaps
- Familiarity with developing and managing enterprise-level collection plan functions, particularly in support of federal operations.
- Prior work utilizing collection management systems, databases, and intelligence cycle processes.
- Understanding of collection performance metrics, feedback mechanisms, and best practices in intelligence operations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in intelligence, international relations, national security, political science, or a closely related field.
- Washington, D.C. metro area. On-site support required at government facilities between the core hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Eastern time
- Preferred clearance is Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
