Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Locksmith and Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert lock and key services for vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service. This role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital part in assisting clients with lockouts, key replacements, and light service duties for various vehicle makes and models.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve automotive lock and key issues using specialized tools and techniques
• Cut, program, and duplicate keys for a wide range of vehicle types
• Unlock vehicles using non-destructive methods when necessary
• Install, repair, or replace locks and security systems on vehicles
• Assisting customers who needs Emergency Roadside Assistance
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures and solutions clearly
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive locksmith or similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of vehicle security systems and lock mechanisms
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass background checks and pre-employment screening
