What You’ll Do
As an RBT at Integrity Learning Center, you will:
- Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Run skill acquisition programs and teach new skills using play-based ABA strategies.
- Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress in real time.
- Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to reduce challenging behaviors and promote positive replacement behaviors.
- Maintain accurate session notes and documentation in compliance with company and insurance guidelines.
- Communicate with caregivers to provide a daily summary of each child’s progress.
- Participate in training and team meetings to enhance your skills and collaborate with professionals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates actively pursuing a degree will also be considered.
- Experience in ABA or working with children preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background check
- RBT certification preferred, but we provide full training and certification support for the right candidate.
