What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Fellow (CF) position at Integrity Learning Center?
Integrity Learning Center is looking to hire a dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our Pediatric Speech Language Pathology Department located in Plainfield, Indiana. This unique opportunity offers a motivated individual the chance to work with both outpatient and ABA learners within our Speech Therapy program, under the direct supervision of our Manager of Speech Services, who is also a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist.
Integrity is searching for passionate and motivated candidates who love to learn and apply their knowledge toward helping families who have a child with a developmental disability or Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat children with speech, language, voice, feeding, or fluency disorders.
- Collaborate with BCBA’s and other clinicians for the best possible client outcomes
- Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, observations and referrals
- Design instructional and intervention strategies for clients
- High integrity and adherence to the company’s core values
- Develop treatment plans, interventions and/or educational materials
- Train other team members on speech pathology, appropriate interventions, and different communication disorders.
- Engage in collaborative learning with our in-house Clinical Fellow mentor to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Effectively manage time to provide optimal care for both in-center ABA and outpatient clients.
- Embrace feedback and actively pursue opportunities for professional growth and development.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Licensed CF-SLP in State of Indiana- we will work towards your ASHA CCC together!
- Must be energetic and enjoy working with children

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
