Position Summary
Integrity Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager / Producer Trainee.
This position offers a unique opportunity for both experienced insurance professionals and individuals looking to begin a rewarding career in commercial insurance sales. Candidates without prior insurance experience will start in a customer service and account management role while receiving training and mentorship to develop into a Commercial Insurance Producer.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, solving problems, building relationships, and helping local businesses protect what matters most.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Account Management
- Assist commercial insurance clients with policy changes, certificates of insurance, billing questions, and coverage inquiries.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy servicing needs.
- Support account managers and producers in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages.
Producer Development
- Learn commercial insurance sales processes and agency operations.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand existing client relationships.
- Develop networking and business development skills.
- Build relationships with prospective business clients.
- Prepare insurance proposals and assist with presentations.
- Transition into a Commercial Insurance Producer role as training milestones are achieved.
QualificationsPreferred
- Previous insurance experience.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Licensing Requirement
Candidates who are not currently licensed must obtain a Kansas Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of employment. Integrity Insurance Agency will provide training and support to help achieve licensing requirements.
