Caregiver - Salem/Keizer

We are an In-home care company, looking to hire All Star Caregivers. Our office is located in Salem, but for work we try to get clients as close to YOUR location as possible! We provide in office & at home training that works around your schedule.
(Our clients are mainly Salem/Keizer based)

As of right now, we do not have NOC/Nights.
Typical start time for shifts: 9am-10am
Typical end time for shifts: 4pm-7pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $19.00-21hr to start D.O.E
$22-23hr with ACTIVE CNA Certificates to start

An Agency providing support caregiving services to seniors and to people with disabilities. Work is generally done in the clients home and duties may include:

• Help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supervision on medication to take.
• Support personal services, monitoring, and documenting clients' conditions.
• Support clients by providing housekeeping and laundry services
• Preparing and serving meals and snacks.
• Companionship

Caregiver Qualifications:

• Positive, friendly attitude, patient demeanor
• Willingness to work
• Caring at heart.
• 2 Forms of Identification
• US Citizenship (We will not contact you if you are out of country)
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass an approved background check through ORCHARD's
• Reliable Car AND/OR any reliable form of transpiration to your shift.
• Must have Smart phone & internet (we use an app to clock in & out)
• Must be able to meet minimum training requirements (16hrs of online training)

What to Expect during the interview/hiring process:

Step 1: Once a Caregiver applies, our Recruiter will be contacting you via message or call to set up a phone interview.
Step 2: Phone interview is done, & you will be sent the online application forms. (You get to do all this from the luxury of your home!! Work's on computer or mobile device)
Step 3: Once application is complete, we run the Caregiver’s background check. (Sometimes the state will request fingerprints, if they do we will help you along the way with this process)
Step 4: HR will contact Caregiver with Job Offer!
Step 5: Orientation
Step 6: Get working to make that $$$!
