About the Position
We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and experienced caregiver to provide in-home care and support for a client in Myrtle Beach, SC.
The caregiver will work closely with the client and the client’s husband. The exact daily schedule will be coordinated with the husband, with two days off each week.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving or personal care experience required
- Experience operating a power lift is required
- Experience must be specifically with a power lift, not a Hoyer lift
- Must be dependable, patient, and comfortable providing hands-on assistance
- Must be willing to learn the client’s specific care routine
- The client’s husband will provide instruction on operating the specific lift, but the caregiver should already have prior experience using a power lift
Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- 8 hours per day
- Monday–Friday
- Two days off per week, based on the schedule agreed upon with the client’s husband
