If you love meeting new people, solving puzzles (like the perfect room assignment), and providing top-tier service, we want to meet you!
The Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests. Whether they are staying for one night at Avid or settling in for a long-term stay at Candlewood Suites, you ensure their experience is seamless from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Greet guests with a genuine smile and handle check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
- Expert Communication: Answer phones, manage reservations, and provide local recommendations for the Fort Payne area.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns with empathy and a "can-do" attitude.
- Financial Accuracy: Process payments, handle cash, and maintain an accurate drawer.
- Brand Standards: Maintain a clean, professional lobby environment and adhere to both Avid and Candlewood Suites brand requirements.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous Hotel Front Desk Experience
- Reliable transportation to the Fort Payne location.
